Unisa (University of South Africa) Library Services
Training and consulting services have been delivered to Unisa’s Library Services, in preparation for and in support of a business based relationship with the parent university. The library undertook a complete re-engineering of its services, processes, structures and roles.

Consulting services have been delivered to the National Library in regard to Strategic Planning, new/improved service opportunities and design of leadership structures.

Consulting services have been delivered to the JPL in regard to Strategic Planning, new/improved service opportunities and physical design improvements.

Design, training and consulting services have been delivered to the Information Systems Division, Liberty Healthcare, the Group Benefits Division, Individual Business, Legal Services and Group HR. Each area has availed itself of training, consulting, partnering and mentoring services in support of business renewal and performance measurement.

Training, Action Planning and Consulting Services have been provided in two partial business renewal exercises. These included full assessments of processes, structures and supporting information technology. Outcomes included improvement opportunities.

Action Planning and Consulting Services have been provided in a partial business renewal exercise. This included re-conceptualisation of the services rendered and the business unit boundaries, identification of process improvement opportunities and imperatives and full organisational re-design.

Training and consulting services have been delivered to Datavia, in re-engineering their Human Resources function and as a platform for commercialising the full IT business (in partnership with Work Futures).

Training, Action Planning and Consulting Services have been provided in an end to end renewal exercise. This included strategic planning, re-conceptualisation of the business, identification of process improvement opportunities, systems planning and full organisational re-design.

Consulting services have been delivered in the design of a full governance framework supporting Anglo’s roll-out of their new Portal (thesource) and the implementation of collaboration and collaboration tools for the Base metals Division.

Consulting services have been delivered in the design of a full governance framework supporting MTN’s Group HR function, delivered through their enterprise Portal.

Consulting services have been delivered in the design/improvement of processes supporting the NPI’s Social Plan services.

Through the Department of Communications, consulting services have been delivered to ISSA, in conjunction with Ayon S. Africa, in regard to Strategic Planning, new/improved opportunities and organisation design. The assignment used an intellectual capital assessment tool.
