The Process Works is a niche consultancy specialising in organisation renewal. It was established in 1989 and has steadily developed a reputation for affordable, responsible consulting services, delivered by mature, successful business people.
We have chosen explicitly to remain a small enterprise, in order to minimise our overheads. We are able to pass this benefit to our clients in the form of reduced consulting fees. We operate as a member of an international network of independent consultancies, like ourselves. For extended projects or projects requiring skills beyond those of The Process Works, we can draw on the network to offer a single point of service.
Our training material has been submitted to the South African Services SETA and The Process Works received interim accreditation. Without unit standards, however, requiring the full cooperation of a broad base of consulting practitioners in business design, full accreditation is not possible.
As a small business enterprise, we automatically qualify as 100% BEE compliant. The Process Works has nonetheless applied for and received BEE certification to this effect.
We focus on the renewal of business services rather than factory or engineering processes. To date the range of services addressed has encompassed:
- Claims services
- Client administration/servicing
- IT services
- Human resources services
- Library services
- Security services
- Consortium (shared) services
- Bond acquisition services
- Credit Card services
- Consulting services
- Research services
- Communication/enterprise Portal services
- Legal services
- Sport federations
- Boards of directors
We undertake assignments of differing duration and size. Where required our commitment varies from full time focussed, to periodic watching brief. Occasionally we have also taken on the role of interim management, whilst clients search for a permanent incumbent.
Please visit the "Our Clients" tab to view the list of clients we have worked with and the consulting assignments undertaken.
