Welcome to “The Process Works”. We are a high intensity resource, which aims to assist you, as a business or service provider, to develop a “renewal” capability. We focus on the “physical” rather than the “behavioural” aspects of renewal, but we work closely with partners whose specialisation is in change management.

We recognise the internal and external drivers of renewal and the inter-dependencies which need to be accommodated to ensure success. We offer structured techniques to support the renewal process. These create transparency and lead to healthy and open debate. In this way a shared understanding of renewal issues is created and ownership of outcomes is developed.

We accommodate the growing desire of organisations to drive renewal from within and our services are designed accordingly. We aim to assist our clients in developing an internal renewal competency, based on business process concepts. Our services therefore comprise a blend of training, mentoring, action planning and consulting.
